Many of our project sites are long-term commitments and it is our objective to ‘capture the site’ and achieve a level of ecological stability as quickly as possible.
Practical Restoration Ecology
Bushcare Services brings together a wide variety of practical skills and knowledge to provide a holistic approach to project management. We deploy an integrated weed control program using the skills and resources of our trained staff. Herbicide is a necessary part of bush regeneration and we use it with due care and diligence. We have achieved great success with non residual herbicides; particularly glyphosate biactive and metsulfuron-methyl applied under DNR permit 7485 for bush regenerators.
Practical Restoration Ecology
- Ecological restoration programs in natural areas using assisted regeneration techniques. (Integrated weed control using bush regeneration principles for the subtropics)
- Terrestrial and aquatic weed control
