Saltwater Creek Restoration Plan
The principle aim of this report was to produce a working document that provided short and long-term direction for the restoration of riparian environs along a stretch of Saltwater Creek in the Pacific Pines precinct. The plan aimed to identify and recommend approaches to restore the riparian buffer zone from the centre-line of Saltwater Creek.
Outcomes from the project plan primarily focused on recommending environmental restoration practices by means of controlling environmental weeds and identifying opportunities for revegetation. The on-ground action plan set priorities, prescribed working methodologies, measurable targets, monitoring processes and to help allocate resources effectively.
