Bushcare Services has a vegetation management unit that works with clients to manage and protect vegetation assets or respond to problematic vegetation including trees in conservation reserves.
We work with clients to control of invasive vegetation, establish asset protection zones for fire prevention and prepare bushland for hazard reduction burning.

Providing a controlled access for the public to experience natural areas can be a great attraction for Open Space bushland and conservation reserves. Bushcare’s construction team can build or maintain tracks to suit a variety of purposes whilst working in constrained areas.

Many Australian animals, such as cockatoos, and sugar gliders, require tree hollows for shelter and breeding. Unfortunately, tree hollows are disappearing at a faster rate than we can replace them due to human encroachment and other environmental disturbances. Bushcare Services can supply and install habitat boxes in trees for many arboreal animals.

Integrated Weed Control is the co-ordinated use of a range of chemical and non-chemical weed control methods. The aim is to incorporate a variety of methods that are cost effective and practical.
